People on the Move: Long Island promotions, new jobs

Joseph E. Fingerman, of Commack, has been hired as senior managing director, president of commercial real estate at Peapack Private Bank & Trust in Manhattan. Fingerman was president and managing director at A&E Real Estate Finance in Manhattan.

Thomas Fabian, of Manorville, principal at Eastport Elementary School in Eastport, has been appointed assistant superintendent for personnel and employee relations for the Eastport-South Manor Central School District.

Benjamin Franquiz, of Mount Sinai, director of special education in the Eastport-South Manor Central School District, has been appointed assistant superintendent for special education and student support services in the district.

Laura Gindele, of Massapequa Park, a partner at Rivkin Radler in Uniondale, has been appointed to the editorial board of Law360 in Manhattan.

Gregory Munch, of Sound Beach, has been hired as an IT technician at the Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale. Much was an IT technician at Northwell Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson.

Brian Nerney, of Lloyd Harbor, a vice president at Marino Wealth Management in Oyster Bay, has been promoted to senior vice president.

Matthew Kuriloff, of Westhampton, a digital records project manager at East End Disability Associates, part of the Kinexion Network in Riverhead, has been promoted to associate executive director.

Marc Einerman, of Plainview, has been hired as senior vice president, corporate banking at BankUnited, Inc, in Melville. Einerman was managing director at First Citizens Bank in Manhattan.

John O'Connor, of North Babylon, has been hired as deputy fleet manager at the Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale. O'Connor was a fleet manager at Excell Communications in Kings Park. 

Keith Frain, of Port Jefferson Station, senior director of program services, day habilitation and community residential services at Maryhaven in Port Jefferson Station, has been promoted to associate executive director.

Joseph C. Bongino, of Westbury, has been hired as president of strategic growth strategies at Arrow Security in Smithtown. Bongino was vice president of portfolio security and risk management at Howard Hughes Holdings in The Woodlands, Texas.

Thomas J. Flaherty, of Huntington, executive vice president of Triangle Building Products Corp. in Medford, has been promoted to president and chief executive officer.

Nick Gaffney, of Bay Shore, director of digital strategy at Austin Williams in Hauppauge, has been promoted to senior director of digital strategy.

Douglas Das, of Oceanside, an assistant to the regional director and deputy regional emergency manager at the New York State Department of Transportation in Hauppauge, has been elected president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Metropolitan Section (NYC , Long Island (Nassau/Suffolk) and Westchester/Rockland counties. 

Gregory Babino, of Smithtown, a project manager at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc (GPI) in Babylon, has been elected as the president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)  Long Island Branch (Nassau/Suffolk).

Jenny Heflich, of South Setauket, a project manager at P.W. Grosser Consulting Inc. in Bohemia, has been elected as the president elect of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Long Island Branch (which covers Nassau/Suffolk). 

Timothy D'Agostino, of East Northport, a project manager with P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. in Bohemia, has been elected as the vice president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Long Island Branch (Nassau/Suffolk).

Kristen Hildebrant, of Farmingville, senior vice president of human resources at Arrow Security in Smithtown, has been promoted to chief human resources officer.

Dana Green Bennett, of Yonkers, senior director of managed care at IPRO in Lake Success, has been promoted to vice president of managed care.

Jaclyn O'Hagan, of Blue Point, director of humanities for grades K-12 in the South Country Central School District, has been promoted to assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction and accountability. 

Al Auad, of Garden City, has been hired as senior director of digital development at Austin Williams in Hauppauge. Auad was assistant IT director at Local 338 (RWDSU/UFCW) in Mineola. 

Jennifer Carpenter Low, of Brightwaters, has been hired as senior director of development & public affairs at the Developmental Disabilities Institute in Smithtown. Low was vice president of marketing & communications at the United Way of Long Island in Deer Park.

Dana Reinecke, of Long Beach, has been hired as director of behavioral health services at the Developmental Disabilities Institute in Smithtown. Reinecke was assistant program director at Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Matthew R. Nosenchuk, of Brooklyn, has been hired as an associate in the civil litigation group at Egan & Golden in Patchogue. Nosenchuk was an associate at Shulman & Hill in Manhattan.

Michael J. DiLeo, of Cold Spring Harbor, has been hired as a partner who will lead the banking and finance group at Egan & Golden in Bridgehampton. DiLeo was a partner at Brown Altman & DiLeo in Melville.

Jennifer Yannucci, of Coram, operations manager at TRITEC Real Estate Company in Ronkonkoma, has been promoted to director of operations.
