Long Island Ducks
The home team faces the Lancaster Stormers for a full weekend of baseball. On Saturday, there will be a fireworks spectacular, and on Sunday, there will be family-friendly activities, including a pregame catch on the field and the opportunity for kids to run the bases postgame.

Salsa Fest
Listen for Afro-Cuban beats at a festival featuring the top names in salsa. Headliners include Peruvian singer Josimar y Su Yambú and former Grupo Niche member Javier Vásquez, along with performers from Cuba and Venezuela. Dancing is encouraged.

Arbor Day Festival
The Arbor Day Festival focuses on the value of trees and environmental conservation. Activities include a tree seedling giveaway, meeting Smokey the Bear, planting trees and “Ask the Experts” sessions during plant clinics. There will be face painting, a blow-up slide, jugglers, a scavenger hunt and more.

EJ Autism 4-Mile Run
Stroll or run a 4-mile jigsaw run through the local neighborhood, featuring a scenic start and finish on the Great South Bay. Also included is the John McGorry Irish Mile (1.27). Race awards will be presented in all age groups, along with a post-race party featuring raffles at Shandon Court (115 E. Main St., East Islip). A kiddie fun run for ages 14 and younger will begin at 9 a.m. at Marina Park.

Yo-Yo Ma
Join cellist Yo-Yo Ma for an afternoon of conversation and music. The event will be moderated by "PBS News Hour" correspondent Jeffrey Brown. Listen to personal stories along with musical performances.

The Wonder Pop Up
Take a peek through the keyhole and get "curiouser and curiouser" as The Wonder Pop Up, an "Alice in Wonderland"-themed experience, comes to town. Alice and the Mad Hatter will perform live and guests can purchase themed drinks and food.

Tulip Festival
The annual festival showcases thousands of tulips. Visitors can pick their own ($1 per stem), play golf, see barnyard animals and enjoy live music and food trucks.

Cherry Blossom Festival
Grab a walking tour map and view the cherry blossom trees. Several restaurants, bars and retail shops in Greenport will offer food and drink specials inspired by cherry blossoms.

'Grease'
The musical production takes audience members to Rydell High School in 1959. The show highlights the love story of Danny Zuko and Sandy Dumbrowski. Sing along to hits like "Greased Lightnin' " and "We Go Together."

Fairy Festival
The magical festival features a fairy house walk, crafts and an art exhibit. Take photos with the fairy queen and visit the marketplace vendors.

'Junie B. Jones, The Musical'
Join the adventures of Junie B. Jones as she navigates her first day of first grade. The musical is based on Barbara Park’s best-selling children's books.

The Chocolate Expo
The Chocolate Expo comes to Hofstra University's David S. Mack Sports & Exhibition Complex, offering a variety of chocolate treats for sale. Kids can get their faces painted and participate in the Chocolate Smash at 3 p.m. Fans of "The Brady Bunch" will have a chance to meet Greg, Peter, Bobby, and Cindy Brady—actors Barry Williams, Christopher Knight, Mike Lookinland and Susan Olsen—who will serve as special guests at 11 a.m.

Salsa Caleña USA Festival
The festival features workshops, salsa dancing and performances by world champions.

Zebra: 50th Anniversary Tour

Huntington YMCA Annual Carnival

City Managers 10-Mile Race to Remember
The 10-mile run takes participants along the boardwalk and through the streets of Long Beach. An awards ceremony follows, and runners receive free entry to the beach for the day.
