Suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione is set to appear in a Pennsylvania courtroom today for an extradition hearing to determine when he may return to New York City to face murder charges.

According to Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, the first-degree murder charge against Luigi Mangione alleges the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was "an act of terrorism." NewsdayTV's Ken Buffa reports.
