The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will headline the 2025 FourLeaf Air Show at Jones Beach during Memorial Day weekend next month, a show that typically draws several hundred thousand attendees, officials announced on Wednesday.

Formerly called the Bethpage Air Show because Bethpage Federal Credit Union had been the title sponsor of the show since 2004, it has been renamed to reflect the credit union's rebranding as FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, officials said in a statement.

"We are proud to continue to support and help produce this extraordinary show as the FourLeaf Air Show at Jones Beach," Linda Armyn, FourLeaf's president and CEO, said in a statement. "Aviation has always been the foundation of FourLeaf and Long Island, and we look forward to honoring that Memorial Day weekend," she added as she praised New York State Parks and several other sponsors.

"We are thrilled to welcome the United States Air Force Thunderbirds as this year's headliners and look forward to an amazing show by all our performers," George Gorman, Long Island regional director of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historical Preservation, said in a statement. This will be the Thunderbirds 10th appearance as headliners, according to the statement.

The air show is to take place May 24-25 and will feature other military performers. They include the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team; the U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II Demo team; the U.S. Navy F-35C Demo Team; the U.S. Navy Rhino Demo Team; the U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler Demo Team; the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD); the 106th Rescue Wing NY Air National Guard; and the 105th Airlift Wing unit of the New York Air National Guard. Several civilian teams are scheduled to perform as well.

The air show is free to the public, but there is a $10 vehicle use fee for each day upon entry to the state park. However there is no charge for those who have a 2025 NYS Empire Pass Card, which provides unlimited vehicle access to most facilities operated by the state Parks Department and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for an $80 fee. It is effective from April 1 to Dec. 31.
