Insurance rates are climbing for home, car and business owners. More frequent flooding is pushing more Long Islanders to retreat from these areas or leave the region. nextLI is convening a panel of experts to answer your questions about changing weather patterns, shoreline protection, home buyouts and insurance costs highlighted in "Paying the price: Long Island's stormy future."
