The captain is a great athlete with excellent footwork. She is 6-3 at first singles this season after reaching the Nassau individual singles quarterfinals last year.
Hannah Cheng, Great Neck South, So.
The Newsday All-Long Island selection was the Nassau doubles champion last season and is playing second singles this season.
Nicole Clemans, Smithtown East, Jr.
The Bulls' captain leads her team with seven straight victories at first singles. She finished second last season in the Suffolk girls individual singles championships.
Emma Ding, Great Neck South, Soph.
The Newsday All-Long Island selection has excellent footwork and a great court sense. Last season, she won the Nassau doubles championship with Cheng.
Sara Duffy, Jr. and Dani Probst, Sr., Whitman
The first doubles team can cover the badminton court extraordinarily well and features two excellent athletes. They are currently 7-1 this season.
Delaney Hart, Ward Melville, Sr.
She won the Suffolk girls individual singles championship last year. Hart also has led Ward Melville to two consecutive league and county championships.
Sam Raikos, Jr. and Aisha Hameed, Sr., Mepham
The second doubles pair finished 8-4 last season.
Mahita Rallabhandi, Syosset, So.
This season, Rallabhandi is 7-2 at second singles.
Judy Liang, Jericho, Fr.
The Newsday All-Long Island selection went 9-3 last season and was the Nassau singles runner-up for the second straight season.
Nancy Sethi, Wheatley, So.
She finished 10-2 as third singles last season and is 4-0 at first singles so far this season.
Chenqing Shi, Herricks, Sr.
She is currently 6-1 at first singles.
Sid Wickramasinghe, Calhoun, Fr.
Wickramasinghe took third in last year’s Nassau individual singles championship. She's 6-1 at first singles this season.
Victoria Wroblewski, Commack, Sr.
She is currently 5-2 at first singles. Last season, she was 3-0 at first singles and 12-2 at second singles.
Kayla Wu, Great Neck South, Sr.
The 2023 Newsday Player of the Year is strong, agile and talented. She is the two-time defending Nassau individual singles champion.
Zoe Xiao, Ward Melville, Jr.
She finished third in the Suffolk singles tournament last season. She has excellent precision and skill.
