SECOND: Mad for Maddy drops and gets Lasix and blinkers; improvement predicted. Roman Goddess was a clear-cut second at this level last time; big-time threat. Harlan's Bond bounced in last after game placing in prior; rebound threat.
THIRD: Frantic moves to dirt and drops into maiden claimer; forward move expected. Dark Devil logs fast numbers but owns five seconds and a third from nine starts; another minor award? Bobby Bob was a willing second in last; must be factored into the mix.
FOURTH: Tetsu could get ideal setup in field with sufficient speed. For Some Reason rested after being eased in last but is fleet-footed and must be considered. He'smyhoneybadger plunges in price after failing to beat a runner in last two outings; fire sale?

SIXTH: First Trumpet gets class and distance relief; call based on price potential. Torpedo Run was short in first start since five-month layoff last out; worth long look. B Fifty Two will be the prime beneficiary if pace meltdown ensues.
SEVENTH: Valtellina makes third start of form cycle after improved third in last; more to come. Carmen's Candy Jar could be in the garden spot if fractions get hot and hectic. Pocket Queens is riding a two-race winning streak; must consider.
EIGHTH: Unbroken Chain smoked a maiden field by seven expanding lengths last time; pairs up wins. Just Licorice tallied improved late-pace figure when third in last; dangerous. Lou bested second selection by a length when a wide second in last; very playable. Jerry's Out owns speed and fast figures; right in the thick of this.
