Long Island hires and promotions: Coach Realtors adds staff

REAL ESTATE

Coach Realtors has hired new sales associates and an associate broker.

Ginny Azzato of Miller Place was in sales at Douglas Elliman in Farmingville and has been hired for the Mount Sinai office.

Brandon Larance of Port Jefferson was with Realty Connect in Setauket and has been hired for the Mount Sinai office.

Heather Simpson of Sayville was with Leesa Byrnes Realty in Sayville and has been hired for West Sayville.

Denise Buser of Great River has been hired as an associate broker in the East Islip office and held a similar position with Eric G. Ramsay Jr. Associate in Bay Shore.

Stacey Cavaliere of Franklin Square was in sales at Keller Williams in Williston Park and has been hired for the Manhasset office.

Jason Cohen of Hewlett completed his course at the New York Real Estate Institute in Manhattan and recently worked in TV production at Viacom in Manhattan.

WATER DISTRICTS

Paul Granger of Levittown has been hired as the superintendent of the Port Washington Water District. He was vice president at H2M architects + engineers in Melville.

INSURANCE

Emilia Sanches of Williston Park has been hired as an account executive at Spano Abstract Service Corp. in Garden City. She was a partner at Oak Title Abstract Corp. in Mineola.

BANKING

Joseph Cesarini of Astoria has been promoted to vice president at Valley National Bank in Jericho. He was an assistant cashier, commercial lending officer.

Mario Vigliotta of Mastic Beach has been hired as a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services in Islandia. He was a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Commerical NRT in Ronkonkoma.

EDUCATION

Phinley Phillips of Bay Shore has been appointed director of facilities for the William Floyd School District. He was assistant director of plant engineering at Good Samaritian Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.
