Amanda Skiba, of Kings Park, has been hired as a computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) technician at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Skiba was a kitchen and bathroom designer at Long Island Laminates, Inc. in Hauppauge.

Jennifer Liu, of Huntington Station, has been hired as a project accountant at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Liu was an accountant at A&E Surfaces Co. in Roslyn Heights.

Craig Schmohl, of Babylon, has been hired as a senior project architect at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Schmohl was a lead architect at PS&S in Woodbury.

Jayden Ippolito, of Holtsville, has been hired as a coatings observer 1 at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Ippolito was an insurance broker at The Archdeacon Agency, Inc. in Lake Grove.

Daniel Penza, of Smithtown, has been hired as a senior project engineer at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Penza was a distribution engineering manager at Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale.

Keith Summa, of Syosset, has been hired as a senior architect at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Summa was a project development manager at Cook & Krupa in Mineola.

Andrea Bonilla, of Huntington Station, senior manager, external affairs at Vineyard Offshore in Boston, has been elected to the board of directors of the Long Island Association, Inc. in Melville.

John Kiernan, of Commack, chief financial officer (CFO) at Veeco in Plainview, has been elected to the board of directors of the Long Island Association, Inc. in Melville.

Abigail Lieber, of West Hempstead, has been hired as a staff environmental planner at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Lieber is a recent graduate of Hunter College in Manhattan.

Nick Radziul, of Northport, a senior vice president at Hearst Television, Inc. in Manhattan, has been promoted to executive vice president.

Regina Jankowski, of Bayport, editor of the Long Island Business News in Ronkonkoma, has been elected to the board of directors of the Long Island Association, Inc. in Melville.

Anthony Esernio, of Stony Brook, commercial market president at TD Bank in Melville, has been elected to the board of directors of the Long Island Association, Inc. in Melville.

Karissa O'Malley, of Long Beach, has been hired as a client relations manager at Full Spectrum Solutions in Jericho. O'Malley was a client services specialist at Ambassador Education Solutions in Melville.

Katie Stinson, Commack, has been hired as director of strategy and insights at Austin Williams in Hauppauge. Stinson was director of marketing and brand strategy at Alaffia in Olympia, WA.

Emmanuel Malis, of Hauppauge, has been hired as a project manager at Damianos Realty Group in Smithtown. Malis was a project manager at TF Cornerstone in Manhattan.

Carol A. Carter, of Stony Brook, a SUNY distinguished professor at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, has been elected a member of the National Academy of Sciences in Washington D.C.

Catherine Fee, of Northport, has been hired as president of Empire Government Strategies in Uniondale. Fee was associate director of the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency in Hauppauge and chief marketing officer of the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency in Mineola.

Shawn Mathew, of Commack, has been hired as director of information technology at Long Island Cares, Inc. in Hauppauge. Mathew was development manager at NAKA Technologies in Central Islip.

Puja Patel, of Bellmore, was an associate at Allen & Overy in Manhattan, the company merged and she became a partner at what is now called A&O Shearman in Manhattan.

Marci Goldfarb, of Syosset, a senior counsel at Schwartz Ettenger in Melville, has been promoted to partner.

Dina Sforza, of Northport, general counsel at Newsday in Melville, has been elected to the board of directors of the United Way of Long Island in Deer Park.

Natalia Thomas, of Rockville Centre, has been hired as counsel at Moritt Hock & Hamroff in Garden City. Thomas was a partner at Vallely Law in Syosset.

John E. DelGrosso, of Old Brookville, has been hired as a partner at Warshaw Burstein in Manhattan. DelGrosso was a partner at Brady Klein & Weissman in Manhattan.

Frankie Roder, of Franklin Square, has been hired as a financial advisor and registered representative at Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions in Bethpage. Roder is a recent graduate of Pace University in Manhattan.

James Mooney, of Islip Terrace, has been hired as a geologist I at D&B Engineers and Architects in Woodbury. Mooney is a recent graduate of the SUNY Oswego in Oswego.

Mojgan Masuomi, of Sayville, has been hired as director of marketing at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow. Masuomi was a marketing and communication lead at Elecnor Hawkeye and Elecnor Belco both in Hauppauge.

Dr. Louis Scotti, of Nesconset, owner an podiatrist of All Island Footcare in Nesconset, has been appointed president of the Suffolk County Council, Boy Scouts of America in Farmingville.

Nyrekia White, of Westbury, has been hired as director of development at the Long Island Children's Museum in Garden City. White was director of advancement and strategic partnerships at the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County in Commack.

Dr. L. Carlos Zapata, of Plainview, an attending physician in the department of emergency medicine at Northwell Health, LIJ Forest Hills, LIJ Medical Center and LIJ Valley Stream, has been elected vice speaker of the Medical Society of the State of New York in Westbury.

John Ryan, of Floral Park (Nassau), has been hired as an associate attorney in the litigation department of Morici & Morici in Garden City. Ryan is a recent graduate of St. John's University School of Law in Jamaica, Queens and recently been admitted to practice.

Al Colanero, of Medford, has been hired as a tax principal at Sasserath & Co. in Ronkonkoma. Colanero was a principal at LaMarco, Baron, Orbuch & Company in Islandia.

Julia Lanotte, of Sea Cliff, has been hired as a marketing assistant at PH Consulting & Media in Garden City. Lanotte was a summer intern working as a PA and stylist at the firm and a recent graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
