Getty Realty Corp., the Jericho-based real estate trust that focuses on gas station and convenience store holdings, will be selling 66 of its commercial and retail properties in the northeast and mid-Atlantic region.

Of the 66 locations, 11 are in New York, 21 in New Jersey, 24 in Pennsylvania, six in Massachusetts, three in Delaware and one in Connecticut.

Getty Realty Corp., the Jericho-based real estate trust that focuses on gas station and convenience store holdings, will be selling 66 of its commercial and retail properties in the northeast and mid-Atlantic region.

Of the 66 locations, 11 are in New York, 21 in New Jersey, 24 in Pennsylvania, six in Massachusetts, three in Delaware and one in Connecticut.

Prices on the locations range from $75,000 to $1 million, and the company will begin taking bids at 50 percent of the asking price.

Getty has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors for the transactions.
