'Real Housewives of New Jersey' recap: Hallelujah
We can breathe a sigh of relief: The Giudice-Gorga-Wakile drama seems to have subsided ... for now.

We can breathe a sigh of relief: The Giudice-Gorga-Wakile drama seems to have subsided ... for now.
After lots of crying, cursing and arguing, Dr. V managed to calm everyone's nerves at the Lake George retreat. What began as a heated getaway turned into a family vacation by the Sunday episode's halfway mark. It was almost as if we were watching a different family. Even Joe Giudice suggested reconciling with Jacqueline Laurita and her family.
Cameras have captured the Giudice's and Gorga's worst moments, but judging from the teaser for next week's show, viewers have another dose of drama coming their way -- from an unlikely pair.
Caroline and Albert Manzo appear to be having marital issues, so much so that their oldest son Albie is filmed saying to his mother, "I'm worried about you and dad." "Jersey Housewives" fans have grown accustomed to the Giudices causing a stir, but perhaps the show is preparing its viewers for a plot twist, something we weren't anticipating.
Whatever lies in store for the show next, it's good to know that there will be a slight break from the Giudice-Gorga-Wakile issues.
