Ginger Zee, ‘GMA’ meteorologist, announces pregnancy on air
ABC News chief meteorologist Ginger Zee announced Monday on “Good Morning America” that she and her husband Ben Aaron are expecting their second child.
“There’s a lesser-known . . . visual phenomenon that’s about to happen on our maps only for the next five months,” Zee, 36, born Ginger Zuidgeest, told the audience, while standing before a U.S. weather map labeled “Ginger Shadow Forecast.” “This area here in the southwest . . . and then this area right about here,” she said moving to the other side, “are going to have a shadow from my belly because I’m pregnant!”
