Billy Joel was seen having dinner Sunday night with a svelte young blonde plus another couple. And guess what? It all went down in Nassau County, not the Hamptons.

The dinner took place in a private dining room at Limani in Roslyn, a Greek restaurant specializing in fresh fish, simply grilled. Joel had halibut; his date had grilled shrimp. The party shared a bottle of bubbly — Veuve Clicquot, in case you're wondering.
