WAVE Seafood Kitchen is the latest restaurant to reside at Danfords Hotel & Marina. It's also the best in memory.
Executive chef Jonathan Levine has started his fall menu at the waterside eatery. Full of flavor and style, his fare makes Danfords a destination anew.
From meaty crabcakes with lemon-coriander sauce to lobster-risotto rice balls with fennel aioli, a traditional and tasty lobster potpie to a playful pumpkin ale-braised pork belly with farro ragout, Levine's cuisine makes you want to eat ... and eat again. And leave room for dessert, whether you're up for a warm cranberry-pear galette or a highly stylized banana napoleon.
Levine previously cooked at Guy Savoy, the celebrated Las Vegas branch of the great Paris restaurant; and at The Buffet at Wynn in Las Vegas.
Danfords often is considered a pretty place on summer days. Of course, it still is that. But now, it's more.
