Teresa Giudice hawks peachy bubbly in Commack
New Jersey’s most gastronomically inclined “Real Housewife,” Teresa Giudice, is moving on from cookbook author (“Skinny Italian,” “Fabulicious!: Teresa’s Italian Cookbook” and “Fabulicious!: Fast & Fit”) to vintner. She has just introduced her own fabulous take on the Bellini, the classic Venetian cocktail made from Prosecco and peach nectar.
“It can be hard to find peach nectar,” she writes on her website, “so I decided to make a pre-bottled mixed Bellini myself — and I named it Fabellini.”
