Wolffer Estate Vineyard, the Sagaponack producer of many top Long Island wines, is opening a restaurant in Sag Harbor.

Wolffer Kitchen is slated to move into the Main Street address occupied last year by The Cuddy. The plan is to specialize in American fare with a Mediterranean accent. The emphases will be on local ingredients and, of course, local wines, beers and spirits.
