Yobani Diaz of Brentwood sent sex tapes, images to boy, 13, cops say
Nassau police on Monday arrested a Brentwood man who they said sent sexually explicit pictures and videos to a 13-year-old boy.
Detectives in the Crimes Against Property Squad said Yobani Diaz, 36, of 136 Ames St., sent the photos and videos to someone he met on a Facebook buy and trade site in 2014.

Detectives in the Crimes Against Property Squad said Yobani Diaz, 36, of 136 Ames St., sent the photos and videos to someone he met on a Facebook buy and trade site in 2014.
Police also said the suspect and victim exchanged both new and used pairs of sneakers over the course of a year but that Diaz began sending images of himself and encouraged the boy to do so.
The victim reported the incident to his mother, who contacted police, detectives said.
Diaz is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in First District Court in Hempstead on charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child, possessing a sexual performance by a child, disseminating indecent material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor.
His attorney could not be reached for comment.
