Tara Huston, of Setauket, has been named a fellow of Drexel University College of Medicine’s Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program. Huston is a professor of surgery and dermatology in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Stony Brook Medicine. She is also president of the medical staff at Stony Brook Medicine, chairwoman of the Committee on Admissions in the university’s Renaissance School of Medicine and president of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons.
