A 19-year-old woman was killed and three others were injured when a car crashed into a house in Plainview early Sunday morning, Nassau County police said.

Police said the crash happened at 4:15 a.m. at a house on Round Swamp Road.

A 19-year-old woman was killed and three others were injured when a car crashed into a house in Plainview early Sunday morning, Nassau County police said.

Police said the crash happened at 4:15 a.m. at a house on Round Swamp Road.

Four people were inside the car and the 19-year-old was a passenger, police said. They did not release any information on the identities of the other victims.

According to detectives, the crash happened when an eastbound 2004 Acura on Round Swamp Road left the road while traveling around a curve and struck the home.

Police said the fatally injured victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the other occupants of the car were taken to a hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. There were no injuries to the occupants of the home, authorities said.

No charges had been filed, but the investigation was continuing, police said.
