Nassau police are looking for two teens who were last seen leaving a Syosset group home Sunday at 6:20 p.m.

The Missing Persons squad is asking for the public’s help in locating Jaeden Gandia, 15, and Evaj Moran, 15, who were last seen leaving Mercy First at 525 Convent Road.

Nassau police are looking for two teens who were last seen leaving a Syosset group home Sunday at 6:20 p.m.

The Missing Persons squad is asking for the public’s help in locating Jaeden Gandia, 15, and Evaj Moran, 15, who were last seen leaving Mercy First at 525 Convent Road.

Jaeden is described as a having brown eyes and brown hair, 5’ 6” tall and wearing a gray sweat suit.

Evaj is described as having blond straight hair, glasses and a stocky build, and wearing a blue hooded shirt and blue pants.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
