A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in East Massapequa Monday night, Nassau police said.

The victim, a man believed to be about 60, was struck near the intersection of Merrick Road and Roosevelt Boulevard about 8:50 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
