One of four passengers in a Dodge Charger died after the vehicle's driver, now charged with drunken driving, crashed into another car and flipped over on the southbound Robert Moses Causeway Sunday evening, State Police said in a statement.

On Monday morning, the passenger who died was identified as Allen Boston, 23, of West Babylon, who was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead from his injuries, the statement said.

One of four passengers in a Dodge Charger died after the vehicle's driver, now charged with drunken driving, crashed into another car and flipped over on the southbound Robert Moses Causeway Sunday evening, State Police said in a statement.

On Monday morning, the passenger who died was identified as Allen Boston, 23, of West Babylon, who was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead from his injuries, the statement said.

Police arrested and charged Michael Lupo, 23, of North Babylon, who they said was behind the wheel of the Dodge. No arraignment information was available online in his case Monday.

Three of the four passengers traveling in the Dodge suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the 7:34 p.m. crash, as did the driver of the other car, a Ford Focus, and one passenger.

State troopers investigating the collision ask that witnesses or anyone with information call 631-756-3300.
