A Huntington man was shot and killed Thursday night, police said.

Cory Taylor-Culberth, 21, was pronounced dead at Huntington Hospital after police said he was shot in the torso just after 7:30 p.m. at a residence on Cutting Road in Huntington.

Cory Taylor-Culberth, 21, was pronounced dead at Huntington Hospital after police said he was shot in the torso just after 7:30 p.m. at a residence on Cutting Road in Huntington.

Firefighters from the Greenlawn Fire Department responded to the emergency call and took Taylor-Culberth to the hospital, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about the shooting to contact the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
