Are you in the market for a new house and the chance to win a clam bake? Well, you’re in luck.

This weekend, William Stoecker and Jen Wilson of Town & Country Real Estate are entering visitors to 50 Talmage Lane in East Hampton a chance to win a “Claws On Wheels” clam bake for four.

You have to stop in sometime from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday or Sunday to be entered in the raffle.

“It will be a busy weekend, a lot of people are expected, so we wanted to do something a little different,” Stoecker says.

The newly constructed, 5,500-square-foot, four-bedroom, 6.5-bath house is on the market for $3.495 million. There is a heated pool on the .6-acre property.

Where did this real estate duo come up with such an idea?

“We figured [the location] is a beachy environment. People are out here for the summer,” Stoecker says. “We wanted to do something summery and more appealing than just giving away dinner.”
