Tom Cruise thinks his phone may have been hacked by the press.

In a wide-ranging interview with Playboy, the actor spoke about his frustration with celebrity magazines, but said he tries not to let it faze him.

"I put that in a minor pile of things I have to handle," he said of possibly having his voicemail hacked. "But with certain ones you have to go, 'Okay, you crossed a line, and now you have the attention of my lawyers.'"

Cruise said although he sometimes will sue over a fabricated story, he often chooses to ignore it.

"There is a point with a lot of things when you just go, 'You know what? I don't want to waste my time with this. I'm busy,'" he told the magazine.
