A fabulous female foursome are about to take over the Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts on June 22.

Joy Behar and friends Susie Essman, Tovah Feldshuh and Sherri Shepherd will star in "My First Ex-Husband," a series of humorous and heartfelt monologues written by Behar, who lives in Sag Harbor and is on the theater's board of trustees. Tickets for the event, which is being presented as a benefit for Bay Street Theater, start at $69.99 and can be purchased by calling 631-725-9500 or visiting baystreet.org.

Behar, 81, who graduated from Stony Brook University and was a teacher at Lindenhurst Senior High School in the late ’60s and early ’70s, is best known as a co-host of the daytime talk show "The View" (1997-2013, 2015-present).

Shepherd, 57, who hosts her own daytime talk show, also was a co-host on "The View" from 2007 to 2014. Essman, 69, is a TV favorite thanks to her role as Larry David's foul-mouthed sparring partner on the just-wrapped comedy series "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Broadway and TV veteran Feldshuh, 75, has starred several times on the Bay Street stage including 2021's "Becoming Dr. Ruth," in which she played noted sex therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer.

"We are proud to help develop this engaging, provocative, and hilarious work by a woman who’s always unafraid to share her ‘View,’ ” said Rose Caiola and Cyrena Esposito, two of the three producers, in a statement. “Joy Behar is a tremendous comedic voice like no other, and we’re thrilled to be working with her on ‘My First Ex-Husband.’ "
