“Burgers for everyone” — that’s how Nick Yadav describes the ethos of the growing Burger Village franchise that he owns with his brothers Sam, Ravi and Vick. Now there are burgers for shoppers with the brand’s latest outpost, open at Deer Park’s Tanger Outlets.

Beginning as a single burger spot in 2013, Burger Village has grown to include four locations, with the Deer Park restaurant joining those in Hicksville, Farmingdale and Huntington Station. The Yadav brothers, who have spent 23 years in the food industry, offer not only classic beef burgers ($14.30), but bison ($15.40), turkey, elk, lamb and boar burgers. Salmon, ostrich ($18.70) and grilled chicken patties round out the offerings.

Non-burger items include hot dogs, grilled cheese and BLTs. Doubling down on the inclusive approach, plant-based options include black bean, falafel ($13.20) and veggie burgers, as well as dedicated fryers for gluten-free and vegan options. Because of allergies, “nothing is fried in peanut oil, but rice bran oil, instead,” Yadav said.

Tanger Deer Park “is a great spot that took us a while to get,” Yadav said. “When I started Burger Village, I took my son and daughter — then 12 and 14 — to Tanger to shop, and they said, ‘You should have a restaurant here.’ ” According to Yadav, what makes Tanger different is that “it has all the brands and offers shuttle service, so people come from all over, not just Long Island. We wanted to open more locations in Suffolk, and this fits our demographic perfectly.”

Diners choose a protein, then pair toppings. The “My Deer” topping ($3) — pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, sautéed mushrooms, and jalapeños, signature sauce — works on a turkey burger, while the “Pyramids” with goat cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, green pepper, cilantro and tzatziki sauce goes on beef. Gluten-free and vegan toppings include “The Spicy Vegan,” which highlights vegan mozzarella cheese, pico de gallo, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, and chipotle ketchup. Burgers are served on fresh buns delivered daily.

Starters span chicken wings and cauliflower tenders as well as soups, salads and varieties of fresh-cut fried potatoes — white, sweet, tots — and onion rings. Milkshakes are made with organic ice cream and milk; even colas are organic. Bonus? All Burger Village locations have full bars.
