Median home sale prices rose as inventory dwindled in March on Long Island.
Less than 1,300 single-family homes sold last month across Nassau and Suffolk counties, according to OneKey MLS. In Nassau, median prices were $820,000, while Suffolk median prices were $655,000, reported the multiple listing service.
