People on the Move: Long Island promotions, new jobs

Wilson Suzuki, of Lagrangeville, New York, has been hired as a project engineer II at Walden Environmental Engineering in Oyster Bay. Suzuki was a staff engineer at Rennia Engineering Design in Dover Plains, New York.

Rose Ward, of Uniondale, founder and chief executive officer of NFocus Management Group in Uniondale, has been appointed secretary of the board of directors of 100 Black Men of Eastern New York Inc. in Manhattan.

Edward Ainbinder, of Baldwin Harbor, has been hired as senior vice president of national sales at Gradient Mortgage Capital in Manhattan. Ainbinder was a senior vice president of national sales at Stronghill Capital, in Austin, Texas.

Lauren E. Marron, of East Northport, has been hired of counsel to the design professionals group at L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini in Melville. Marron was a senior litigation attorney at the Law Offices of John Trop in Garden City.

Robin Lane, of Babylon, director of quality management and corporate compliance at United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island in Hauppauge, has been promoted to chief program officer.

Rose Scammell, of North Massapequa, has been hired as director of special education and student support services in the North Bellmore School District. Scammell was director of pupil personnel services in the Harborfields Central School District.

Amanda D'Auria, of Port Jefferson, has been hired as an associate account executive at Austin Williams in Hauppauge. D'Auria was a marketing coordinator at National Business Capital in Hauppauge.

Michael Tolan, of East Northport, a project scientist I at Walden Environmental Engineering in Woodbury, has been promoted to project scientist II. 

Erica Johnston, of Kings Park, a project manager I at Walden Environmental Engineering in Oyster Bay, has been promoted to project manager II.

Gwendolyn Burke, of Mahopac, NY, a project manager I at Walden Environmental Engineering in Oyster Bay, has been promoted to project manager II.

Enrico (Ricky) Frantellizzi, of Setauket, has been hired as a project scientist II at Walden Environmental Engineering in Oyster Bay. Frantellizzi was a geologist I at Laurel Environmental Geosciences in Oyster Bay.

Kiera Lehr, of Kings Park, a staff associate at Nawrocki Smith in Hauppauge, has been promoted to senior associate.

Garrett L. Gray, of Atlantic Beach, a partner in Weber Law Group in Melville, has been appointed chairman of the Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board.
