People on the Move: Long Island promotions, new jobs

David Curatolo, of New Hyde Park, has been hired as of counsel at Cullen and Dykman in Uniondale. Curatolo was a senior vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Flagstar Bank in Hicksville. 

Nishana Weerasooriya, of Mineola, has been hired as of counsel at Cullen and Dykman in Uniondale. Weerasooriya was deputy-head legal research at Verite Research in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Samuel Aronson, of Setauket, retired physicist and former director of Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Long Island Museum in Stony Brook. 

John C. Armentano, of St. James, a partner at Farrell Fritz in Hauppauge, has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Long Island Museum in Stony Brook.

Daniel Oliveau, of Huntington Station, has been hired as a senior IT technician at Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale. Oliveau was a help desk technician at Managed Technology in Smithtown. 

Marcio Rodesno, of Freeport, has been hired as a tax associate at Sasserath & Co. in Ronkonkoma. Rodesno was an intern at Bacchioni & Company, CPAs in Garden City.

Erik Stevens, of Mastic, has been hired as financial adviser at Hendel Wealth Management Group in Smithtown under the Raymond James Financial Services umbrella. Stevens was an adviser at RVW Wealth in Los Angeles and Memphis, Tenn., working remotely.
