K-pop group Katseye bringing 'Wildworld' tour to UBS Arena

Get ready for a "Wild" night at UBS Arena in Elmont this fall.
K-pop girl group Katseye announced its 27-city "Wildworld" tour on Wednesday, which will include a stop at the Belmont Park arena on Oct. 24. Tickets go on sale to the general public on May 21 at 3 p.m. at katseye.world. The website also has details on the presale, which will take place May 20.
The "Wildworld" tour will kick off Sept. 1 in Dublin and will travel throughout Europe and North America before wrapping in Mexico City on Nov. 27. Katseye will also be performing at the Governors Ball music festival at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens on June 5.
The tour is in support of Katseye's third EP "Wild," which is set to come out on Aug. 14, the same day the group will perform at the Citi Concert Series on NBC's "Today" show.
Katseye has been one of K-pop's most popular new artists earning two Grammy Award nominations this past year — best new artist and best pop duo/group performance for "Gabriela." Last month, Katseye performed their latest single, "Pinky Up," at the Coachella Festival in Indio, California.
'KPop Demon Hunters' world tour announced
In related news, AEG Presents and Netflix on Wednesday announced that they will launch the "KPop Demon Hunters" world tour, a live concert tied to the Oscar-winning animated film phenomenon.
