<p>President Donald Trump&#39;s sweeping agenda since his return to office has affected Long Islanders in many ways,&nbsp;from the tax cuts in his &quot;Big, Beautiful Bill&quot; to cuts in safety net programs and stepped up efforts to oust undocumented people.</p>

<p>A recent court ruling found Trump illegally targeted New York and other states when he deprived them of federal funds because of their immigration policies. But Trump is vowing to cut off funding for &quot;sanctuary&quot; jurisdictions.</p>
