Hilary Duff's estranged husband, Mike Comrie, seeking joint custody of son

Singer-actress Hilary Duff and her estranged husband are facing off over custody of their 3-year-old son. E! News, citing documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 16, said former New York Islanders center Mike Comrie, 34, is asking for joint legal and physical custody of son Luca Cruz. Duff, 27, filed for divorce in February, 13 months after announcing the couple's separation. TV Land's "Younger" star and Comrie began dating in 2007, marrying in August 2010. Comrie, a two-time 30-goal scorer in his 10-season career, played for the Islanders from 2007 to 2009.
