Kate Alexander, East Islip, M/F, Sr.
The Newsday All-Long Island second-team selection had 13 goals and 14 assists for the Suffolk Class A champions last season, including a goal in the county final.
Marley Altarac, Syosset, D/M, Jr.
She can line up anywhere on the field, often playing defensive midfield. She can move to offense when needed and had four goals and four assists last season.
Mallory Anderson, Smithtown East, M, Jr.
Two of Anderson's three assists last season came in the Suffolk Class AA semifinal win over Northport. Anderson, who also scored three goals last year, is receiving Division I interest from schools such as Coastal Carolina and Florida Atlantic, coach Danielle Knecht said.
Ava Angiuli, MacArthur, D, Sr.
The four-year starter is a key vocal and physical leader for a defense that had eight shutouts last season.
Caitlin Barrett, Manhasset, D, Sr.
The lockdown defender is a three-year varsity starter for the Nassau Class A runner-up. She isn’t afraid to take on any player on the field. She is committed to play lacrosse at Duke.
Brooke Barrie, Syosset, M/F, Jr.
Barrie had three goals and four assists, including an assist in the Nassau Class AA final last season. She will take on a larger offensive role for Syosset this fall.
Nora Basile, South Side, F, Jr.
The three-year varsity player had 13 goals and eight assists for the Long Island Class A champions last season. She reads the game well and can attack from anywhere. She scored a goal in South Side’s loss in the state Class A final.
Carolina Benitez, Kellenberg, D, Sr.
The UMass commit is a skilled defender with the ability to contribute on the offensive end. The three-year starter has excellent foot skills at all ends of the field.
Emily Bersin, Port Washington, F, Sr.
She is a hard-working, dynamic forward with the ability to put pressure on the defense. She had seven goals last season.
Ashley Bell, Babylon, F, Sr.
The Stony Brook commit had 21 goals and six assists as one of the most dynamic players on Long Island last season. She has speed, great technical ability and can strike with any foot.
Jordana Bello, Calhoun, F, Soph.
Bello had nine goals as a freshman in leading the Colts to a 10-win season.
Sofia Bigeni, New Hyde Park, M, Jr.
She had seven goals and four assists as a sophomore and shows the playmaking ability to take over any game.
Jules Bivona, Sacred Heart, D, Jr.
The three-year varsity player is the top center back on a defensive-minded team. She is generating Division I interest.
Jenna Borelli, East Islip, M, Sr.
Borelli had nine goals and seven assists, including two goals and an assist in a 4-0 victory over Rocky Point in the Suffolk Class A final last season.
Olivia Bozzo, Smithtown East, M, Soph.
She had five goals and three assists, including two goals in Smithtown East’s 4-1 victory over Northport in the Suffolk Class AA semifinals last season.
Ciara Brown, Half Hollow Hills West, F, Jr.
The natural scorer had 24 goals last season, and she continues to get bigger, faster and stronger on the pitch.
Emilia Burns, Mineola, M, Sr.
The five-year varsity player had 16 goals and six assists last season. Burns controls the pace as the center-midfielder. She is committed to play at Lynchburg.
Mikayla Camp, Syosset, M, Jr.
She had nine goals and six assists last season. She often plays her best against top competition, including a goal and two assists in the Nassau Class AA semifinals. She is set for a larger role in the offense this season.
Jordyn Calas, Sachem East, M/F, Sr.
The tough, physical player can take on a defender 1-on-1, find an open player and finish in tough situations. She had a goal and four assists in an 11-win season last year.
Sophia Cataldo, Plainedge, F, Sr.
She had 15 goals and six assists, including three goals in a victory over Bellmore JFK in the second round of the Nassau Class A playoffs last season. She is committed to play at Adelphi.
Jaxie Cestone, Kings Park, F, Sr.
She had 10 goals and four assists last season, leading Kings Park in both categories. Her speed and strength separate her from many other top players in the area. She is committed to play lacrosse at Jacksonville.
Carly Chupick, Northport, M/D, Sr.
Chupick helps control a strong defensive unit. She never shies away from taking on an opponent’s top player.
Maggie Colvin, South Side, M, Sr.
The four-year varsity player creates plays for herself and others at the midfield, posting eight goals and four assists last season.
Ava Conforti, Smithtown East, F, Jr.
The tough, speedy forward is expected to take on a larger role for the Suffolk Class AA runner-up. She possesses the ability to score and set up others.
Jill Conlon, Calhoun, D, Sr.
The four-year starter is a strong, vocal defender who can also contribute on the offensive end.
Kaitlin Conway, Sachem East, M, Jr.
Conway controls the game from the midfield with her excellent vision. She totaled six goals and nine assists last season, with the ability to score from distance as well as near the goal.
Charlotte Cosgrove, Sacred Heart, D, Jr.
This three-year starting defender has the daunting task of trying to slow down some of the top scorers in the CHSAA.
Maya Costa, Garden City, F/M, Sr.
The three-year varsity player had eight goals and 14 assists last season and can contribute all over the field. She is committed to play at Siena.
Maddie Costello, Ward Melville, M, Soph.
Costello, a versatile and defensive-minded midfielder, is a U15 national team player and a member of Team USA’s CONCACAF U15 championship in August.
Peyton Costello, Ward Melville, F, Jr.
She had eight goals and five assists, including a goal and an assist in Ward Melville’s Suffolk Class AA semifinal loss last season.
Kaleigh Darby, St. Anthony’s, M, Sr.
She had four goals last season, including one in the state CHSAA final, for 20-0 St. Anthony’s. Darby competes for every ball at midfield and is key in transition.
Taylor Darcy, Baldwin, M, Sr.
She has the ability to make plays for herself and others, posting four goals and seven assists last season.
Danielle Davis, Friends Academy, M, Sr.
The Clemson commit has a powerful shot with the ability to score from more than 35 yards out and is just as fearless going for a header at the goal. Davis had 13 goals and 11 assists last season.
Ireland Devine, St. John the Baptist, GK, Soph.
She had one of her best performances in the final game of last season, making 15 saves in a 3-2 loss in the CHSAA semifinals to St. Anthony’s, which went on to win the state AA title. She had five shutouts last season as one of the top goalkeepers in the area.
Sofia DeVito, Kellenberg, G, Sr.
DeVito had 129 saves last season and is a vocal leader for the backline.
Ariana Diaz, Farmingdale, M, Sr.
The four-year starter had four goals and four assists last season. She is also a member of the Dominican Republic U20 national team. She is committed to play at Army.
Lauren DiPierri, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK, M, Jr.
She had seven goals and five assists last season. She is receiving high Division I interest, coach Jodi Horowitz said.
Amanda Dolan, St. Anthony’s, D, Sr.
She is a smart, steady center back who is technical and can keep possession on the backline. She helped the state CHSAA Class AA champions record 14 shutouts last season, allowing just seven goals, in a 20-0 season.
Charley Doreste, South Side, D/M, Jr.
The three-year varsity player is a pivotal defender for the defending Long Island Class A champions. She had one goal last season, coming in the Long Island title game.
Lena Fleischer, Massapequa, D/M, Jr.
Fleischer is a strong 1-on-1 defender but often plays a key role with her passes in transition. She had a goal and two assists, including an assist in the state Class AA semifinals.
Gianna Fucile, Oceanside, D, Sr.
She sets the tone on the defensive side of the field and never makes the day easy for an opposing team’s top player.
Brianna Gaunt, Longwood, Sr.
Gaunt had 18 goals and four assists last season, including six multi-goal games.
Kayla Gilmore, Floyd, M, Jr.
She’s dangerous on first touch and can set up herself and her teammates. Gilmore totaled seven goals and five assists last season.
Lola Gitlin, Port Washington, M, Sr.
She controls the midfield, contributing to offense, defense and in transition. She is a great distributor of the ball and added three goals last season.
Blake Goldstein, Oceanside, M, Jr.
Goldstein helps set the tone and the tempo at midfield for Oceanside. She will take on even larger responsibilities this fall.
Marryn Gruhn, Northport, M, Sr.
The Newsday All-Long Island second-team selection had nine goals and seven assists for a Tigers team that reached the Suffolk Class AA semifinals last season. She is committed to play at Providence.
Arianne Guss, North Shore, D, Sr.
Guss is the backbone of the defense. She added two assists last season.
Eliana Hamou, Ward Melville, M, Sr.
Hamou helps control the transition game at midfield for a strong Patriots team looking to compete for a county title.
Grace Hillis, Shoreham-Wading River, M, Jr.
Her biggest impact on the game often comes on the defensive side, but she can score and create as needed. She had three goals and three assists last season.
Samantha Hines-Hirsch, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK, GK, Jr.
She had 101 saves in 12 games last season.
Juliana Hunter, North Babylon, M, Jr.
She had nine goals and seven assists last season. Coach Steve Corrado called Hunter "the engine behind the Bulldogs' offense." She has great field vision and the ability to make plays for herself and others.
Daija Jones, North Babylon, D, Sr.
The Iona commit is a highly technical player with top speed to shut down an opponent. She added two goals and four assists and anchors a defense returning its entire group from last season.
Grace Justiniano, Ward Melville, D, Sr.
Justiniano tallied four assists in a 13-win season last fall, along with playing lockdown defense for the Patriots.
Delaney Kleinman, Center Moriches, D, Jr.
The four-year starting defender has been an anchor on the backline for Center Moriches. She also contributes on offense, scoring five goals for the Suffolk Class B champions last season.
Samantha Kolb, Long Beach, M, Sr.
She had 11 goals and six assists last season, including three goals and two assists in a victory over Island Trees. She is committed to play at Providence.
Kristiana Kolega, Herricks, M, Jr.
She had five goals and three assists while missing part of last season to compete with the Croatian U17 national team during the qualification stages of the UEFA women’s U17 championship. Kolega’s speed and ball control separate her from other top players.
Chloe Koubel, St. Anthony’s, M/F, Jr.
Koubel is quick and dangerous running at players with the ball at her feet. She will create scoring chances in the 18-yard box and be a key player for the defending state CHSAA Class AA champions.
Ashley Kozlowski, St. Anthony’s, F, Sr.
The Bucknell commit is a technical, crafty center forward with a knack for finishing in and around the box. She had 10 goals and four assists last season.
Kaylee Lamar, Lindenhurst, D, Sr.
Lamar never shies away from a tough matchup on the defensive side and utilizes her speed to help neutralize top scorers. Lamar is committed to play at Shenandoah.
Tori Lamendola, Commack, M, Sr.
She is a great defensive midfielder and also can contribute offensively. The East Stroudsburg commit had two goals and three assists last season along with playing lockdown defense.
Ashley Langdon, Eastport-South Manor, M, Jr.
The three-sport athlete controls the center of the field for the Sharks with the ability to contribute on offense and defense.
Margaret Ledwith, Herricks, M, Jr.
She had 22 goals and nine assists last season. Ledwith is equally dangerous with the shot or the pass. She was invited to the U.S. Soccer U-16 youth national team virtual camp in April 2021.
GraceAnn Leonard, Shoreham-Wading River, F, Sr.
Leonard had two goals and three assists last season at the midfield and will take on a larger scoring role this season. She is committed to play lacrosse at North Carolina.
Lluvy Lewis, Valley Stream Central, M, Sr.
She impacts every aspect of the game for Valley Stream Central, with the speed to contain a tough scorer and the ability to move the ball from the defensive to offensive end.
Ava Lorenzana, Herricks, M, Jr.
She has the ability to make plays for others with her perfect timing and placement of passes. Lorenzana had four goals and seven assists last season.
Kaylin Mallon, Connetquot, M, Soph.
After starting at center back the last two seasons, Mallon will make the move to attacking midfielder and is expected to be one of Connetquot’s top scorers.
Kailey McCormick, Holy Trinity, M, Jr.
McCormick totaled 12 goals and 16 assists last season as a key member of Holy Trinity’s transition game at the midfield.
Anne McGovern, Kings Park, M, Sr.
She has a strong soccer IQ and the ability to contribute to every facet of the game. McGovern had three goals and four assists last season despite battling injuries. (She totaled six goals and nine assists as a sophomore.)
Lindsay McShea, Kellenberg, M/D, Sr.
The Division I recruit is a tough three-year starter with the versatility to line up anywhere on the field.
Alexa Meinen, Northport, M, Sr.
Meinen had two goals and four assists last season for a 14-win Northport team. She has the ability to contribute at all ends of the field.
Esmeralda Merlos, Lindenhurst, M, Sr.
She controls the tempo in the middle of the field for Lindenhurst. She makes her presence known on the defensive end with strong tackles and can translate that into offensive opportunities for her team.
Giavanna Meservy, Connetquot, M, Jr.
Meservy is moving to a more field general position after playing outside back the last two seasons. Her awareness and athleticism will be on display.
Hailey Metzger, MacArthur, D/M, Jr.
She can play anywhere on the field and often has been called upon to do so because of injuries. Metzger had a goal and three assists last season.
Daniela Monzon, St. Anthony’s, M, Sr.
The St. John’s commit can break teams down on the dribble and create scoring for herself and others. She missed last season with a torn ACL but is set to be a prominent player for the Friars.
Maya Morey, Friends Academy, A, Jr.
This four-year varsity player had 14 goals last season and possesses the ability to score from nearly anywhere in the offensive attack.
Elyse Munoz, Ward Melville, GK, Sr.
Munoz had 12 shutouts last season as the Patriots finished 13-2-4 and reached the Suffolk Class AA semifinals.
Jessica Nastasi, Shoreham-Wading River, D, Sr.
This tough defender is key to the Wildcats’ backline and added three assists last season.
Briana Neary, Massapequa, M, Jr.
The quick, agile playmaker had 12 goals and three assists for the state Class AA champions last season. She can play with both feet and is set to take on a larger role after last year’s 20-0-1 season.
Erin Palmeri, West Islip, D, Soph.
The speedy defender controls the backline for West Islip. She has the skills to be one of the top defenders in Suffolk.
Cassidy Pong, Herricks, D, Sr.
This center back controls the field for Herricks. She is a vocal leader and has a strong ability to read opponents and step in to make a key defensive stop.
Annie Price, Sacred Heart, M, Soph.
Price had three goals and four assists last season, including a goal and three assists in a 6-0 victory over Kellenberg in the CHSAA semifinals.
Kelsie Price, Sacred Heart, F, Sr.
The four-year varsity player is a strong, physical attacker, scoring 12 goals last season. She is committed to Monmouth.
Olivia Rinaldi, Kellenberg, M, Sr.
Rinaldi has tremendous field vision to help the Kellenberg offense and defense. Rinaldi had two goals and two assists last season.
Savannah Rogers, North Babylon, GK, Sr.
The Newsday All-Long Island second-team goalie also can contribute on offense if needed, scoring two goals last season. She has a 0.86 goals against average over the last three seasons with 16 shutouts and has saved 90% of the shots she’s faced.
Jenna Rosenberger, Smithtown West, D, Sr.
The tough, reliable defender added two goals and two assists for the Suffolk Class AA champions last season.
Kasi Samuda, Holy Trinity, F, Sr.
Samuda has a powerful shot and the ability to finish by the goal. That helped her amass 18 goals and nine assists last season.
Amparo Sanchez Molina, Brentwood, M, Sr.
The attacking midfielder had 14 goals and 13 assists to help lead Brentwood to the playoffs last season.
McKayla Schneidler, Massapequa, D, Sr.
She excels as a 1-on-1 defender and also can contribute on offense. She was a key defensive piece for Massapequa’s state Class AA championship team last season.
Abigail Schroeder, Sayville, D, Soph.
The quick, smart and versatile defensive back is an integral part of a strong defensive unit. She doesn’t shy away from a matchup against a stronger and older opponent.
Stephanie Schubert, Smithtown West, M/F, Sr.
Schubert had 11 goals and 10 assists for the Suffolk Class AA champions last season.
Amanda Shannon, Westhampton, D, Sr.
The four-year starter doesn’t shy away from taking on the opposing team’s top player. She directs the field from the back and contributes on the offensive end as needed.
Avery Testa, South Side, GK, Jr.
This three-year starting goalkeeper had six shutouts for the state Class A runner-up. She uses her athleticism to control the backline.
Lexie Thompson, MacArthur, GK, Sr.
The Newsday All-Long Island second-team selection is a three-year starter with the ability to lead and control the game from the goal. She is committed to play at Buffalo.
Payton Tini, Locust Valley, F, Sr.
Tini had nine goals and seven assists for the Nassau Class B finalist last season. The talented, three-sport athlete is committed to play lacrosse at Rutgers.
Izzy Tomeo, West Islip, GK, Sr.
The St. John’s commit controls the game from the goal. Her athletic ability allows her to make saves and plays on the field most players can’t.
Kaitlyn Tung, MacArthur, M, Sr.
The UMass-Lowell commit had four goals and nine assists as a key piece of a MacArthur team that entered last season as the top seed.
Thalia Valdez, Wantagh, M, Sr.
Valdez has superior field vision and the ability to create for herself and others, contributing five goals and five assists last season.
Tyla Vuotto, Lynbrook, M, F, Sr.
The four-year starter had 14 goals and eight assists last season. She is committed to play at Cortland.
Lucy Younghans, Plainedge, M, Jr.
The defensive midfielder is integral in turning defensive stops into offensive opportunities. She added a goal and two assists but she really impacts the game by challenging top offensive players.
Brielle Zink, Islip, D, Sr.
The tough, physical defender will anchor the backline for Islip. She is committed to play at Saint Rose.
