2 new titles at Stony Brook

Diana Hannan has been promoted to director of conferences and special events for Stony Brook University. The East Setauket resident was promoted from director of events for advancement and has been with the university since 2000.
Minghua Zhang has been named dean of the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences at Stony Brook University. The East Setauket resident has been the interim dean since June of 2010 and is also director of the Marine Sciences Research Center.
