Three jobs fairs and four individual employer recruiting sessions are on tap in Suffolk County, most of them next week.

National CareerFairs will feature its Long Island version on Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Melville Marriott at 1350 Walt Whitman Rd. Employers expected to attend represent a wide variety of businesses, including accounting, auditing, administrative and support services, banking and financial services.

The Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center will host a job fair at the Sachem Public Library  Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will feature a number of employers that include A Gentle Touch Senior Home Care, Aflac and Suffolk County Community College.

The center and county Leg. William Spencer (D-Centerport) will sponsor a community job fair on Oct. 10 at VFW Post 1469 in Huntington Station at 210 W. Pulaski Rd., from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

On Tuesday, Express Employment Professionals will recruit for a variety of jobs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the One-Stop’s Hauppauge location at 725 Veterans Memorial Hwy.
The staffing company will try to fill openings that include forklift mechanic, forklift outside- sales rep and customer service and administrative assistant.

Greystone Staffing will recruit at the same location on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. It wants to fill jobs that include customer service rep, medical assistant, pick/packer and assembler.

Advantage Sales and Marketing will recruit on Thursday, also at the same One-Stop location, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It hopes to hire food demonstration/event specialists.

As previously reported in Newsday, on Monday, Premier Home Health Care Services Inc. hopes to fill some home-health aide jobs during recruitment at the One-Stop’s Riverhead location at 300 Center Dr. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
