80 female entrepreneurs will showcase products at expo
More than 80 Long Island female entrepreneurs will showcase their products at a business expo next week.
The 16th annual Women’s Expo will be held Oct. 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Middle Country Public Library, 101 Eastwood Blvd. in Centereach.
Businesswomen will exhibit their creative work, including handmade goods, jewelry, specialty foods, clothing, art, pottery and other crafts. The annual event, presented by the Middle Country Library Foundation, is free and open to the public.
Proceeds help to support the library’s Miller Business Resource Center. Last year, more than 2,500 people attended the expo.
