Long Island hires and promotions: Jennifer Santorello, Wantagh High School

EDUCATION

Bradley Murphy of South Setauket has been named new curriculum associate for fine and performing arts in the Deer Park school district. He was the band director and a teacher at East Moriches Middle School.

Michael Scaduto of North Bellmore has been appointed assistant principal of MacArthur High School in the Levittown school district. He was assistant principal at the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture in Ozone Park.

Jennifer Santorello of Huntington Village has been appointed assistant principal at Wantagh High School. She was associate dean of students and business and marketing educator in the Plainview-Old Bethpage school district.

LAW

Barry Carus of Garden City has been promoted to name partner with Cooperman Lester Miller LLP in Manhasset, which has announced a name change to accompany this promotion. He was a partner.
