Neil Creedon of Massapequa has been hired as a principal at Avison Young’s Long Island operations in Melville. He was a senior executive director at Colliers International in Jericho.
Russell G. Matthews of Manhasset has been hired as president and chief executive at Castagna Realty Company Inc. in Manhasset. He was executive vice president and principal of the Albanese Organization in Garden City.

He was chief of health care fraud for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.
Jensen Ambachen of East Meadow, of counsel to the condo/ co-op group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Queens & Bronx Building Association in Bayside.
