Montauk's Inlet Seafood Restaurant on sale for $24M
The Inlet Seafood Restaurant in Montauk, with its seven-acre harbor-front parcel and a large boat slip, is for sale for $24 million.
The sale is being handled by Brown Harris Stevens, which described it as "one of the most important, unique and exciting properties in Montauk."
The two-story building was constructed in 2002, with a property address of 541 East Lake Dr. It includes one bedroom, three bathrooms and a fireplace.
The 100-seat restaurant is owned by six commercial fishermen. The menu offers mostly seafood, including sashimi and sushi. For example, the Inlet Roll, at $15, is described as crunchy, spicy tuna and avocado with ponzu sauce.
Corcoran said the property includes "New York's largest commercial fishing dock -- 28 plus boat slips, ice plant, dock building and diesel storage."
Corcoran said the "multiuse property … can be operated as is, as a magnificent private residence or as the ultimate private club. Subdivision and expansion possibilities."
