Red Mango shop owner to speak on driving sales with social media
The owner of several area yogurt shops will be the featured speaker at a June 26 workshop about social media for small businesses.
Chris Cianciulli, owner of Red Mango shops in Franklin Square and Brooklyn, will discuss how he has used Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Foursquare and other social media websites to increase sales and attract customers.
The event, organized by Nassau County and the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce, will run from 8 to 10 a.m. in the ceremonial chambers of the county's executive and legislative building, 1550 Franklin Ave. in Mineola.
Other speakers will include Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano, members of the county's social media staff and Merrick retailer Julie Marchesella, who also is president of the chambers' group.
