WHAT'S HOT With new rules that prohibit passengers on U.S.-bound flights from checking in with uncharged electronic devices, it's more important than ever to carry a portable power source. But whether you're traveling internationally or just on the go locally, sooner or later you'll likely find yourself running out of juice when you are not near a wall outlet. You won't get stuck if you have a Justin power bank with you. The 6,000mAh model has a built-in stand to hold your phone or tablet and allows you to view movies or video chat while it charges. It can recharge a fully depleted cellphone three times and an iPad about 60 to 70 percent. The 5,200 is small and light enough to carry in a pocket and features an LCD display that lets you know when your device is fully charged. It can fully recharge a cellphone at least twice or an iPad about 50 percent. Both banks have universal USB ports and are compatible with most devices. A USB cord to recharge the bank is included.

WHAT'S NOT The stand on the 6,000 is not wide enough to hold a phone or tablet in anything but the slimmest case, which, for most people, means stripping the case off, an inconvenience. With either power bank, you must supply your device's USB recharging cord. Other chargers on the market are faster, but Justin power banks come with an attractive price.
