Bridget Garcia has been promoted to operations supervisor at PL Developments, a Westbury-based supplier of over-the-counter health remedies. The Queens resident previously served as operations administrator.

Denise Chardavoyne joins Suffolk County National Bank in Riverhead as senior vice president and chief information officer. The Smithtown resident previously served as senior vice president and director of deployment at Citibank in Long Island City.
