Dr. Donald H. Teplitz has been appointed associate director of care management and utilization/clinical resource physician at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. The Merrick resident previously was Mercy Medical Center's director of family practice and physician adviser in Rockville Centre.
