Nicole Crowley joins as a licensed sales agent. The Huntington resident held a similar position at Laffey Realty, also in Huntington.
Mitch Gutkowski joins as a licensed sales agent. The Huntington resident was president and chief executive of Select Media Corp. in Manhattan.
Jamie Cordts has been promoted to assistant manager. The Northport resident will take on this new responsibility in addition to continuing in her current role as a licensed sales agent.

Tania Mistretta has joined the labor and employment practice of Nixon Peabody, in Jericho, as an associate. The Manhattan resident held a similar position at Winget, Spadafora and Schwartzberg in Manhattan.
