Joseph Charles Perry has been named IBM SystemX and BladeCenter specialist with Farmingdale-based Delta Computer Group. Before joining Delta, the Marietta, Ga., resident worked for IBM as a level 2 support technician in the support center specializing in SystemX and BladeCenter servers. He will be working from Delta's Atlanta location.
Howard Cohen has been named business development executive at Bizzuka, a Lafayette, La.-based company that specializes in website and mobile website development, content management and Internet marketing. The Shoreham resident will be the New York metropolitan area representative. He will continue operating his own company, HSC Communications, an online media consulting firm.
BOARDS & ASSOCIATIONS
Brian Strouse has been named to the board of directors at Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services in Hicksville. The Island Park resident is secretary and treasurer at AWS Mechanical in Island Park.
Lisa Hiller, a private exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach for the AquaFit Masters swim team at Eisenhower Park, has been named to the national sports medicine and science committee of U.S. Masters Swimming. She is an East Hills resident.
Jerry Kremer has been elected an officer of the Council of Governing Boards, which is an advocacy organization of independent sector, higher education trustees in New York State servicing the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities. Kremer is a Hofstra University trustee. The Bridgehampton resident is a partner at the Uniondale law firm Ruskin Moscou Faltischek.
Phil Rizzuto has been elected president of Columbian Lawyers of Nassau County. The East Setauket resident is a member of the Carle Place litigation firm Philip J. Rizzuto.
FINANCE
Craig Levy has joined Community National Bank as a vice president and branch manager at its new Melville location. He was most recently vice president and senior business relationship manager at HSBC Bank in Melville and is an Old Bethpage resident.
Stephen W. Irwin has joined the Woodbury-based accounting firm of Wild, Maney & Resnick as partner. The Westbury resident's practice focuses on taxation and medical industry. Irwin's staff from his previous private practice will also be joining Wild, Maney & Resnick.
Mark Ackerman has been named partner at MayerMeinberg, a Syosset accounting firm, after the merger of his Rockville Centre accounting firm with that of MayerMeinberg. He lives in Rockville Centre.

Mitchell H. Levitin has joined the matrimonial and family law practice at the Manhattan office of Phillips Nizer. Previously a sole practitioner, the Great Neck resident will continue to represent high net worth individuals in complex matrimonial matters.
