Toni J. Hoverkamp has been appointed to The Flying Point Foundation for Autism's board of directors. The Aquebogue resident is a real estate associate with law firm Farrell Fritz in Hauppauge. The Flying Point Foundation for Autism is a Water Mill-based nonprofit dedicated to creating and supporting programs and services for children with autism.
LAW
Ellen Bissett DeRiggi has joined Campolo, Middleton & McCormick in Ronkonkoma as of counsel in the corporate, and labor and employment departments. She will focus her practice on corporate law. The Huntington resident was previously in private practice.
HEALTH CARE
Dr. Lucien Cardinal has been named program director of the new internal medicine residency program at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson. The Babylon resident was associate program director for the internal medicine residency program and associate director of ambulatory care at Queens Hospital Center.
