HEALTH CARE
Dr. Donald S. Krieff has been appointed co-chief of neurosurgery for St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage. The Merrick resident is an attending neurosurgeon with Neurological Surgery in West Islip.
Glenda Miranda has been appointed director of nursing of the emergency department for Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. The Mastic Beach resident was director of patient care services at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in Manhattan, overseeing all inpatient units and the emergency department.
REAL ESTATE
Joyce Poupko has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Roslyn as a licensed sales agent. The East Hills resident previously held a similar position at Century 21 American Homes in Wantagh.
MANUFACTURING AND TRADING
Blaise Sarcone has been appointed president of ICC Industries in Manhattan and will continue to serve as chief financial officer. The Hauppauge resident previously served as president of ICC's manufacturing group.

F. Jeanne Anzalone has been re-elected commissioner to the board of the Town of Islip Housing Authority. The Oakdale resident is a board member of the Town of Islip Development Corporation and is retired from The Equitable Life Assurance, and its subsidiary EVLICO, where she served as assistant director of corporate services.
Jennifer Bentley has been elected president of the Long Island Advocacy Center, a private not-for-profit agency dedicated to protecting the legal rights of students and individuals with disabilities. The Baldwin resident is an associate in the labor and employment law group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow.
BANKING
Donald Lyons has been promoted to vice president/branch sales manager at Valley National Bank in the Oyster Bay branch. The Bayville resident previously served as assistant vice president/branch sales manager.

H.
