The vacant land where 50 Cent's house once stood is on the market again.

Curtis Jackson, the rapper and actor's real name, sold the .86-acre property last year for $365,000. The Sandra Drive property first went on the market in late 2009 for $499,999.

The new owner, an investor, is now asking $475,000 for the cleared hilltop property. He is teaming up with a builder to construct a home that he will likely ask $1.5 million for, says listing agent Jonathan Rosenzweig of Diversified RI Real Estate. "They're going to build something hopefully along the lines of what was there before -- something really nice," he says.

What was there was a 5,200-square-foot house home with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-car heated garage with a dumbwaiter to the kitchen, a heated driveway and a pool. Jackson bought the house in 2007 for $1.4 million, public records show, and his young son lived there with his mother.

In 2008, the house burned down in a suspicious fire. The blaze is still under investigation, the Suffolk County Police said this week.

Rosenzweig represented the investor who bought the property.

"Did 50 Cent come to the closing and bring an entourage? No. My son was disappointed. He wanted an autograph," Rosenzweig says.
