The asking price for the 115-acre Two Trees Farm, famous for hosting the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge each season, has been reduced to $55 million. It had been listed for $75 million.

In addition to the change, a horse farm (shown here) that is part of the property is being offered for $22 million. The property includes two houses, an equestrian facility, an indoor riding ring, barns and a pool.

Preliminary zoning approval for a 19-lot subdivision on the entirety of the estate is in place, and some of the parcels front Long Pond. The larger of the two houses is a charming four-bedroom, 3.5-bath farmhouse, which has been home to the property's owner.

All of the parcels are available through The Corcoran Group's Susan and Matthew Breitenbach.
