If you thought real estate was all about location, location, location, think again. The $5 million asking price on the newly listed Bachman Wilson House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, includes moving the entire house from flood-addled Millstone, N.J., to the Richard Reinhardt's Houses at Sagaponac development in the Hamptons.

Wright's 3,200-square foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath modernist structure was built in 1954 and features a dramatic two-story high glass-walled living room. The house was fully restored in the late 1980s by current owners Tarantino Architect, and the current sale price includes some enticing extras in addition to the relocation: Tarantino Architect confirms that they will also revamp the entire structure with sustainable heating and solar features.

This sale, which also includes a guest house and a pool on two acres of land, is being handled exclusively by Amelia Doggwiler and Ingrid Brownyard at Brown Harris Stevens and was officially announced at the recent Architectural Digest Home Design Show. Serious buyers may view the house in New Jersey by appointment only.
